As one of the nation’s premier debt collection agencies, our goal is to achieve the best possible collection returns for our clients while treating debtors with respect and understanding. Focused on superior staff training, state of the art technology, and the highest commitment to customer service, ProCollect has been earning the trust of our clients since 1995
Why Choose ProCollect?
ProCollect was created as a provider of financial recovery solutions. Our firm has grown every year since 1995 because we deliver the results and service our clients expect. We consistently outperform competitors in “head to head” comparisons and would be happy to prove our results against your current agency. Our reputation for delivering higher than expected returns, state of the art software and skip tracing, allows us the ability to track and recover your accounts at more than double the national average.
Customer service in today’s business is seemingly a lost art. When did business forget the adage “the customer is always right”? At ProCollect, we have never lost, let alone, misplaced the importance of giving our clients the service and respect deserved. You have our solemn promise that your satisfaction is our most important commitment and we will not rest until we have achieved it.
Licensed and Bonded
ProCollect is licensed and/or bonded in all States as needed. We adhere to all State and Federal laws with regards to debt collections as required.

All costs incurred in the recovery process (i.e. stamps, letters, skip-tracing fees, directory assistance, long distance, toll free fee’s (800), credit bureau extraction and placement, etc.) are at ProCollect’s expense. You can feel confident that we will work your accounts through completion. “If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.”
All accounts placed for collections will be reported to the three major credit reporting agencies; Trans Union, Equifax & Experian. Accounts are placed electronically and updated monthly to ensure the most accurate reporting. There are no costs to our clients for this service.
PCI retains an attorney for the best possible results and the ever changing collection laws in the various states we handle collections, protecting our client’s interest and avoiding frivolous lawsuits. Our attorney specializes in collection law to give PCI and our clients the important edge should we need to use our attorney’s services.
