Pricing
We do not have to come out to your property to give you a price on any of our services as we can give them to you over the phone or via email.
Single Family Homes – For residential homes we charge $150 for gutter cleaning for homes with a square footage of up to 2,150. For homes with square footage higher than 2,150, we charge .07 cents per square foot (i.e. for a 3,000 sq foot home multiply by .07 = $210. If you do not know the square footage of your home, don’t worry, just contact us and we will get it for you, or you can go to Zillow.com and type in your address and it will show you the square footage. All dryer vent cleanings are $129, and for chimney cleaning/sweeping our prices are $129 for a 1-story home, $169 for a 2-story, and $209 for a 3-story.
Multifamily Homes– For apartments and condominiums, simply call or email us and we can give you an immediate estimate on any service after asking a couple easy questions.
