Before we were in the package management business, we were in the property management business. While managing 44,000 apartments, our Founder and CEO, Lori Torres, noticed that property management staff often spent more time accepting, sorting and delivering packages than signing new leases or helping residents.
She knew there had to be a better solution to the package management problem. And so, in 2013, she founded Parcel Pending with a simple goal in mind: make package delivery easy and intuitive for property managers, couriers, and residents.
