Amerifund Commercial Corp (“Amerifund”) began its operations in 1993 providing commercial real estate financing and its staff has financing experience since 1979. In 1994, Amerifund provided financing on its first of 55 State of Texas Government buildings and has since specialized in State and Federal Government building financing. Amerifund is headquartered in Vernon Hills, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago, where origination, processing and closings are handled. Other origination offices are located in various states.
